I got a dress that took ages to arrive, and it looked way different than what was shown. The quality was lacking, and it took a ton of hassle to convince them to process a refund, which I'm still trying to sort out.

I absolutely adore every dress I've picked up from Jovani. The best ones I've worn have all come from this place.

I placed an order for a Jovani dress through MadameBridal.com, and it was shipped from the Jovani warehouse, but it never showed up. Their customer service is pretty useless, which is really disappointing! I filed a claim with the shipping company, and they verified that Jovani sent the package to the wrong address. Neither Jovani nor Madame Bridal will refund or send a replacement for the dress, which cost me $500, and they’re ignoring my emails and calls.

WORST BRAND AND STORE EVER! STAY AWAY!

My daughter went through a ton of dresses for prom, but she just couldn't find the one that felt right. She kept returning to the Jovani website over and over, spotting so many she adored, but they weren't in any local stores. Eventually, she decided to order a Jovani gown online (I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out), and it was stunning and fit her perfectly. She was thrilled with the dress and got loads of compliments on it. I’ll definitely be checking out more Jovani dresses for my other daughter when her prom rolls around in a few years.
